Cancellations

Policy: There is a 10% cancellation fee once a reservation has been made. If cancelling within 90 days of the excursion the entire booking payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book your seats, in which case only the 10% booking fee would be retained. If we are not able to go out on the seats/boat the dates you reserved. We will try to accommodate your trip another day during your visit, or offer credit towards another trip if cancelled due to your unforeseen situation.

If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your charter and an alternative trip cannot be arranged there will be a full refund. Please note that your captain is the only one that can make this call as safety is our first priority.
